ONZ OPS is an enterprise multi-branch food-control backend. Data flows from Central Store (Raw Inventory) ➜ Central Kitchen Vidyanagar (Food Production & Dispatches) ➜ Branch Outlets (Consumption Auditing & Cashier Locked Sales).
1. Open the Daily Sales tab. Select your branch and submit the closing cash summary daily.
2. Use the **Denomination Calculator** to match cash drawers accurately.
3. Submit raw expense items under Petty Cash. All entries are locked upon submission and require Admin approval to modify.
1. Central Kitchen logs finished food production entries (e.g. Kebabs, Biryani in Kgs) and logs branch transfers under **Dispatches**.
2. Branch Supervisors open **Outlet Kitchen** to review dispatches, click **"Acknowledge Delivery"**, and submit **Closing Stock** counts daily to freeze consumption variances.
Real-Time Offline Resilience
ONZ OPS is built with a high-performance, offline-persistent database system. If the outlet loses internet access:
- A glowing amber banner appears: "Offline Mode Active" showing the number of transactions queued.
- You can continue registering sales, dispatches, and attendance offline.
- The instant the network recovers, all transactions automatically sync to the Cloud with zero data loss!
